
Paloma
- Recipe:
- 2 oz of Tequila (or Mezcal for a smokier taste!)
- 1/2 oz Grapefruit juice
- 1/2 oz Simple syrup
- Grapefruit Soda
- Ice
- Salt
- Instructions:
- Salt the rim of the glass by rubbing a grapefruit wedge around the edge and dipping it onto a small plate of salt. You can use either a highball, lowball or a margarita glass.
- Fill the glass with ice cubes to taste.
- Add the tequila, grapefruit juice and syrup, fill the reminder of the glass with grapefruit soda and mix it all.
- Adjust sweetness to taste.
- Garnish with grapefruit or lemon wedge.
