Paloma - Cocktail of the Month

Paloma

Recipe:
2 oz of Tequila (or Mezcal for a smokier taste!)
1/2 oz Grapefruit juice
1/2 oz Simple syrup
Grapefruit Soda
Ice
Salt
Instructions:
Salt the rim of the glass by rubbing a grapefruit wedge around the edge and dipping it onto a small plate of salt. You can use either a highball, lowball or a margarita glass.
Fill the glass with ice cubes to taste.
Add the tequila, grapefruit juice and syrup, fill the reminder of the glass with grapefruit soda and mix it all.
Adjust sweetness to taste.
Garnish with grapefruit or lemon wedge.
